Who sells to you

Orders are processed by Stripe as merchant of record. Stripe sells the product to you, collects the payment and any VAT or sales tax, and issues your invoice; Stripe's own buyer terms apply to the purchase. JL Games UG supplies the files and grants the license.

Delivery

All products are digital downloads. The download link is shown right after payment and sent by email. If a link doesn't arrive or doesn't work, write to hello@packsmithy.com and we send a new one.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where it applies. Your final price, including taxes for your country, is shown at checkout before you pay.
