Refund policy

If a pack doesn't work for you, write to hello@packsmithy.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund it in full. No need to explain why.

Files that are broken or not as described are refunded or replaced at any time.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, processed by Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 days.
